The tasteful master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, and stereo. It also has a spacious dressing room/bathroom with a brand-new tiled shower and a washer/dryer.

The 3rd floor lanai stretches 25 feet along the master bedroom/living room wall. It is handsomely tiled and furnished with small groupings of tables and chairs for various uses or social gatherings. The view towards the ocean is exquisite, as are the glorious Kona sunsets.

The guest bedroom is equally charming with twin-beds that can be converted to a king, if desired. It has delightful accessories along with its own TV, DVD, and stereo. For an extra guest or family member, you'll find in its closet a comfortable air mattress, very easy to inflate, and with its own linen enclosed in the bag. There is a 2nd bathroom down the hallway, also recently upgraded.

The living room is pleasantly and comfortably furnished which invites leisurely chatting, reading, or watching TV while also providing ample play space for your children.

The lovely dining area provides a setting that is a little more formal than either the lanai or the barbeque area.  It is conveniently close to the kitchen for ease in serving.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a brand new refrigerator with ice and water plus amenities such as microwave, 2 blenders (one for use at pool/barbeque area), coffee maker and coffee grinder, as well as all other cooking and eating implements.

The spacious pool is directly below the lanai and only a few steps from the elevator.  Its depth ranges from 3 feet at the area of the steps to 6 feet at the deep end, providing for various skill levels of guests.  The soothing jacuzzi is a special attraction at any time of the day.  There is a wading pool for toddlers and babies in diapers.  Plenty of lounges, chairs, and small tables add to your sunbathing pleasure.  The lovely grounds of tropical plants and flowers add to the showcase beauty of this area.

White Sands Beach at La'Aloa Beach Park is right across the street from your condo.  It is a popular spot for sunbathers, swimmers, and surfers alike.  It has toilet facilities and outdoor showers for rinsing the sand off your feet.  Life guards are also on duty all day.
