RATES:

Our current rate schedule for the Kona Oceanview Condo Rental
  • Apr 1 - Dec 14 (Low Season) - $124/night - $$825/week - $2995/mo (28 days)
  • Dec 15 - Mar 31 (High Season) - $135/night - $$895/week - $3295/mo (28 days)
  • Ironman week (7 night minimum) - $1085

4 night minimum normally; 7 night minimum Ironman & Christmas/NewYears

$100 cleaning; $250 Security; 50% deposit to hold, Balance 30 days prior to start

11.42% Hawaii lodging tax

POLICIES:

NOTE: This is a brief summary of our Polices.

Rental Policy:
  • The maximum number of guests staying in the property must not exceed 5.
  • Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Sorry no pets are allowed inside the property.
  • No Smoking in Unit.

Deposit Policy:
  • Rental deposit must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation is not complete and subject to cancellation.

Refund Policy:
  • In the case of cancellation, full reimbursement 30 days prior to arrival if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period.
  • The renter will not receive full reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period.
  • No credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.

Availability:

Please check our Availability Calendar to see if the dates you want are available. If they are, please fill out our Reservation and read our Rental Agreement.

It is possible to book a period which ends on a day showing as "not available", but it is not possible to arrive on a day showing as "not available".
