Our current rate schedule for the Kona Oceanview Condo Rental

• Low Season - $130 nightly -  (April 15 to December 15-excluding Ironman in October)   
• High Season - $145 nightly -   (December 16 to April 14-excluding holiday season)   
• Holiday and Ironman periods    $160 nightly

(Discounts offered on stays longer than 14 nights)
The above rates are for 1-4 guests, with a $15 per person per night charge for extra guests up to a maximum of 6 total guests.

The above rates do not include the 11.4% rental tax
and a one time cleaning/check in fee of $95.

Rental Policy:

• The maximum number of guests staying in the property must not exceed 6.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Sorry pets are forbidden inside the property.
• No Smoking in Unit. Smoking allowed on lanai/balcony.

Deposit Policy:

• Upon reservation, a security/damage deposit of $200 is required, and the reservation shall take effect and be confirmed only once the deposit attached to the duly signed rental contract is received.
• Rental deposits can be securely paid online through Paypal on our Payments Page or other arrangements can be made to pay by check or money order.
• A signed rental contract and rental deposit must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation is not complete and subject to cancellation.
• If the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
• If applicable, a refund in full or in part of the damage deposit shall be mailed to the renter within a maximum of 14 days following the end of the rental period.
  

Refund Policy:

• In the case of cancellation, full reimbursement of rental fees minus $50 for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. 
• The renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period.
• No credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.
